Founder & Managing Director
As founder and Managing Director, Jill combines passion for international business with expertise in strategy implementation and communication to help clients get results.
Jill founded jallé in 2006 to help leaders draw from the wide ranges of perspectives and techniques that can enable strategies to build momentum, plus to demonstrate that successful business and meaningful careers go hand-in-hand.
She believes that communicating and implementing a strategy is about creating positive impact for the business and the people contributing to it. She finds meaning in the goal to prove the difference that effective strategy communication can make – for businesses, their leaders, and extended worldwide teams.
Before founding jallé
Jill worked 15 years with Fortune 100 manufacturer The Dow Chemical Company – eventually as a Global Business Director based in Switzerland – and previously in sales, marketing, product management, and public relations. She also co-chaired the company’s global women’s network.
Jill then served leaders of Global 2000 companies in North America, Europe and Asia to engage their employees in strategy, through the visualized dialogue practices of the US-based leader in this field, Root Learning, Inc.
Jill served as President of the Professional Women’s Group of Zurich from 2007-2011.
From October 2007 through September 2009, she additionally served jallé client Gibbs & Soell Public Relations as Managing Director of its Zurich office.
Jill holds a master’s degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University (USA), as well as both a master’s degree in Journalism and a bachelor’s degree in Education from The Ohio State University (USA).
She is a dual United States and Swiss citizen.
